There’s a reason people use the phrase, “Midwest is best.” Milwaukee, with its picturesque lakefront, thriving culinary scene, neighborly charm, and dynamic history, easily supports that theory. If you want firsthand proof, just spend the day strolling through the beautiful Historic Third Ward.
After only a few minutes within this vibrant historic neighborhood, you begin to experience its charm and excitement: the faint scent of roasted coffee beans, a flash of color in a boutique window, the flowers blossoming in basket-lined streets. Spending time here is easy and good.
Since 1976, Historic Third Ward Association (HTWA) has acted as the pillar of the neighborhood, with its mission to enhance the district as an innovative, livable, and exciting mixed-used district.
On behalf of the Historic Third Ward Association Board of Directors, we urge you to join us in our efforts to enrich, support, and develop the neighborhood. Becoming a member shows you support the work of the HTWA making the Historic Third Ward Milwaukee’s most desirable neighborhood in which to live, work, and entertain.
HTWA Membership Levels
$50/$75 - Resident/Couple Member
Any single resident or couple that resides in the Third Ward can sign up for membership at $50 (single) or $75 (couple). Support the neighborhood you call home and our efforts to keep the Historic Third Ward Milwaukee’s top neighborhood destination.
Residential address located within the Historic Third Ward.
$100 - Business Member
Join your fellow Third Ward business owners in fostering one of the best commercial districts in the city.
Businesses located within the Historic Third Ward.
$250 - Corporate Member
Take your support of the neighborhood one step further with a corporate membership.
Open to any business located within the Third Ward committed to supporting the continued economic development of the neighborhood.
$250 - Community Partner
Part of the appeal of the Historic Third Ward is that its appeal reaches far and wide.
